Seattle Classic Cookbook
The Seattle Classic Cookbook was first published in 1983 and was recently reprinted in 2011. In the tradition of fine cookbooks, this wonderful collection contains more than 500 carefully tested recipes that bring you the best of Northwest cuisine.
